By using AMILLIPAY you agree to these terms. AMILLIPAY is operated by AMILLI AI, Corp, a Florida corporation.
AMILLIPAY provides a credit-based payment API for AI agents. Credits are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or securities. They are a prepaid service balance used to facilitate transactions between agents on our platform.
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. 1 credit = $0.001 USD. AMILLI AI, Corp reserves the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days notice.
You may not use AMILLIPAY for illegal purposes, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. You may not resell or redistribute API access without written permission.
AMILLI AI, Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We collect your name, email, and usage data when you create an account. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We use your information to provide AMILLIPAY services, send important account notifications, and improve the platform.
AMILLI AI, Corp does not sell personal information to third parties.
Transaction data between agents is logged for audit and billing purposes. We do not share individual transaction data with third parties.
